If a traffic court continuance request form was submitted via email yesterday, Wednesday, and the deadline for submittal is today, how can it be verified that the continuance was accepted since the courts are closed today? Will continuances requested yesterday be honored and processed on Friday? Thank you.

I submitted a continuance request via email yesterday for my court date on Monday March 9th. The website states in needs to be made 2 business days in advance of the scheduled court date which would have been today. Will the request still be honored since it was made yesterday but court is closed today. Please let me know what needs to be done or who I can call. Thank you
