County Trash Collection Still On; Retrieve Cans ASAP After Pickup
Posted 7:58 a.m.
County trash pickup will happen as scheduled today. However, all residents are encouraged to retrieve trash cans and other receptacles from the curb as soon as pickup is over, to minimize potential damage from heavy winds. All loose items on sidewalks, decks and other outdoor areas should be secured throughout the duration of the oncoming storm, so they do not blow away or pose a threat to property or people.
Those with private trash pickup should contact their provider directly to see when the next pickup will take place.
