how’s the toll road/toll access headed westbound – it was really bad around 1pm today (after the route7 exit & after the 495 merge) – is that open or closed?

  2. Kate says :

Braddock rd just west of 28 (Centreville/sully) was flooded at 5 pm.

  3. William Smart says :

Why was Kirby Road not properly closed? I got their tonight at 8:30 to come upon a car with two people stuck on the bridge, as they had crossed right over the tape strung across Kirby and his car was quickly slammed against the bridge and they were in desperate straights until the rescue squad arrived. They were not much help unfortunately, and several bystanders questioned their approach to the rescue. I left before the conclusion, but the two elderly people were still stuck in their car, looking terrified.
